VanArts Acting Graduate Thomas Nicholson Loves His Career
After moving to Vancouver from Denmark, Thomas dedicated himself to pursuing acting and studied full-time at the William Davis Centre for Actors’ Study at VanArts. Since then, he has gone on to work on multiple television series including Yellowjackets, The Haunting of Bly Manor and Virgin River. But he is perhaps best known for playing David Bowie on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Martin Tucker on Riverdale and Jack Orsatti on Motherland: Fort Salem.
An ardent supporter of independent film, Thomas has also produced the award-winning short films Fatal Rhapsody and Dog Bite and starred in several others, including the award-winning Harold Greenberg-funded The Day We Left.
We caught up with Thomas to ask him about his acting career and how VanArts gave him the tools for success. Watch our entire series of short videos here and listen to his story!
