VanArts’ Digital Photography department was incredibly honored today to receive a whole morning session with legendary photographer Joe McNally as our special guest, before presenting to a sold-out crowd tonight for a Vancouver Photo Workshops event. His 30-year career in photography includes several books authored and amazing work for TIME, Newsweek, Fortune, Sports Illustrated, LIFE and the coveted National Geographic, to name a few.
Mr. McNally spent the morning lecturing to our students and staff in our theater, then moving into the photography studio for a demonstration, calling upon the students themselves for assistance. Needless to say, it was a rare privilege and an amazing opportunity for everyone.
